All images remain the copyright of Samantha Nesse Photography and may not be altered, edited, filtered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Print releases are provided for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their galleries before expiration. Samantha Nesse Photography is not responsible for lost files after gallery expiration dates have passed.

Gallery links, passwords, and downloads are intended for client use and should not be redistributed for commercial use or resale.

Samantha Nesse Photography reserves the right to remove gallery access due to misuse, harassment, chargebacks, or violation of these terms.
